V. Ganesh Prabhu, BCom, born on JANUARY 1, 1972, joined LIC as an agent in June 1991 at CBO 3 Calicut. He was promoted to Development Officer in 1997. Notably, he secured the All India First rank with a gold medal in the CIS Diploma exam conducted by the Insurance Institute of India in 1992.

Currently, he leads a team of 100 agents and has achieved remarkable milestones, including:

- Creating 10 MDRT Members
- Mentoring 2 Galaxy Club Members: Sukanya Premkumar and Seetharama B
- Guiding 13 Club Members who have sold over 50,000 Policies

He is actively involved in social activities and holds various positions, including:

- Director of Training and Individual Development at JCI Kasaragod Heritage City Chapter
- Vice President of Chinmaya Mission Kasaragod
- Trustee of Varadaraja Venkataramana Temple, Kasaragod
- Secretary of the National Federation of Insurance Field Workers of India, Kasaragod Unit
